  • Scholarships depend on availability. Awards are given on a first-come, first-served basis within each eligible category.
  • Students must continue their studies at Joy University for the academic year in which the scholarship is granted. The scholarship cannot be postponed or transferred.
  • Applicants are required to fill out and submit the online application form available on our website. It’s important to complete all necessary fields accurately and to provide all required documents. Applications that are incomplete will not be processed.
  • It is the student’s duty to ensure that all original and supporting documents accompany the scholarship application form. Incomplete applications shall not be processed.

  • Applications should be submitted by the stated deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Scholarships apply to the first installment of tuition fees. The scholarship is contingent upon the student maintaining an academic record of at least 6.5 points or GPA throughout the program and is subject to the Joy Scholarship Committee’s decision. There should not be any backlogs in any semester during the entire course of study. Students should not have any gaps or breaks in their academic journey during the program.
  • Students must not engage in any behavior that could lead to disciplinary action; otherwise, the scholarship will be revoked.
  • Only results from qualifying entry-level examinations taken during the two academic years prior to admission will be considered.
  • Continued eligibility for sports scholarships in subsequent years requires satisfactory participation in the University’s athletic activities. Scholarship applicants will be evaluated based on their previous academic performance, financial need, and involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • The final list of scholarships awarded for all programs across categories will be announced after the academic session begins. For students who receive one-time scholarships, the awarded amount will be deducted from the final installments according to the fee payment schedule.
